Yes. Your fare is fixed per vehicle for the route you book, agreed before pickup. Traffic on the 405, flight delays and terminal changes never change the price. The only extras are ones you request, like an added stop or a child seat.
For arrivals we include meet & greet: your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal holding a sign with your name, then walks you to the car. You never take the LAX-it shuttle or wait in a rideshare lane.
We track your flight number and adjust pickup automatically. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing; after that, waiting time is billed at the hourly rate in 30-minute steps — we'll always message you first.
Most clients pay the driver directly by card or cash at the end of the ride; we can also send a secure payment link in WhatsApp if you prefer to prepay. The amount is always the fixed fare you booked.
Yes — infant, toddler and booster seats are available on request when you book (small fee per seat). California law requires children under 8 to ride in an appropriate child restraint, and unlike rideshares we actually bring one.
